"закрытые" фондыИнвестиционные компании с фиксированной капитализацией. Цены на их акции, подобно ценам на акции публичных корпораций, устанавливаются под влиянием спроса и предложения. Такие фонды участвуют в торговле ценными бумагами на бирже или на внебиржевом рынке, а покупатели и продавцы вступают в сделки друг с другом (не с самим фондом), приобретая или продавая акции. Эти фонды часто торгуют акциями с дисконтом, по ценам ниже стоимости чистых активов, а иногда, наоборот, торгуют с премией, по ценам выше стоимости чистых активов. Синоним терминов closed-end investment trusts ("закрытые" инвестиционные трасты) к publicly traded funds (фонды с обращающимися акциями). -
